Jeff is a University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate and specializes in providing value-added service in structuring M&A and refinancing transactions.
Jeff joined the firm in 2014 and has more than twenty-two years of Big Four public accounting experience. Jeff enjoys serving a diverse group of clients in a variety of organizational structures and industries. Jeff serves private equity and closely-held businesses and provides value-added service to clients in structuring M&A and refinancing transactions. Jeff also provides tax planning, consulting and compliance services to numerous executive and high net worth individual clients. Jeff graduated from University of Nebraska at Lincoln and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), and the Nebraska Society of CPAs (NSCPA). Currently, Jeff is active in many civic and charitable organizations, including the American Cancer Society’s Advisory Committee for Hope in the Heartland Gala, King of Kings Lutheran Church, and the Omaha Agribusiness Club.
