Who we’re looking for:
· Accounting degree
· Pursuing a CPA
· 2-3 years’ public accounting experience
· Technical knowledge and project management skills
· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A working knowledge of firm products and services
· General understanding of market trends

What’s the job?
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Manages one or more client engagements simultaneously, ensuring overall success of each assignment
· Prepares time budgets
· Consults with the supervisor, manager, and/or partner on a course of action when unusual circumstances arise
· Drafts client reports with supervision
· Develops deeper knowledge and skills in technical field
· Builds strong working relationships with client management and peer client levels
· Performs engagement field work procedures
· Advises and coaches staff accountants on work to be performed and sets an example by demonstrating high energy levels and enthusiasm
· Works as an effective team member to complete project components and engagement tasks
· Performs a detailed review of the staff accountant’s work to ensure quality thoroughness, documentation, and completion of engagement tasks within agreed timeframes
· Builds strong team relationship skills
· Actively pursues self-development
