Accounting Today has awarded Frankel Zacharia with the 2018 Best Accounting Firms to Work for, which is awarded to only 100 firms in the country out of hundreds of participating firms. This award is earned largely in part from the results of an employee survey which measures the employee experience as well as an evaluation of workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The Best Companies Group reviews and analyzes all data submitted to determine the final ranking. Accounting Today Editor-in-Chief Daniel Hood said “the firms on this list represent the best workplaces in the accounting profession” and “they are outstanding places to build a career.”
